Which one I'd pay for, and who should stay on Janitor AI
Janitor AI suits you if you want free-to-start chat, bring-your-own API keys and very deep character definitions — for tinkerers, it's the one to beat. SpicyChat makes sense if configurable user personas and a Memory Manager are features you'd actually use. Character.AI only works if you're fine with SFW: the roster is enormous and the heat is zero.
